Collection Co–selection – online gallery is a curatorial project at the intersection of educational activities and audience development strategies. It fits into the tradition of anthropological and sociological analyses devoted to the social functioning of art and the formation of aesthetic preferences. What underlies our choices and influences our decisions? Why do some seek reflection on reality in art while others seek an escape from it? This study is not a plebiscite, and online choices are not a competition. Through "Collection Co–selection " the organizers aim to provoke a discussion about what moves us in art, what intrigues us, and why contemporary art is important.
