As part of our collaboration with the French Institute in Poland, we conducted workshops with representatives from all departments within the organization to thoroughly understand their needs and operational processes.
We were responsible for developing the information architecture, crucial given the website's extensive structure. It had to include a dedicated section dedicated to the annual film festival program, as well as areas related to news, events, and educational and outreach activities.
We designed and implemented an ergonomic list of language courses with filters that make it easy for users to quickly search and browse the offer. This makes the website both transparent, serves as a branding tool, informing about the institution's scope of activities, and functional, meeting the needs of presenting the offer to various audiences.
Since designing and programming the new website for the French Institute in Poland, we have been developing and modernizing the website for our client, adding new sections and areas as needs grow and change. The institution reports to the French Ambassador to Poland and is responsible for promoting French culture abroad.
