We organize and conduct workshops during which we collaborate with clients to analyze the tasks at hand. In a workshop setting, we examine issues and areas that can be optimized and define key objectives.

In our workshop-based approach, we conduct in-depth interviews with user groups and client teams. In the process of seeking solutions, we employ techniques such as Design Thinking, create User Story Mapping, and perform Service Journeys. This involves mapping and analyzing the paths that customers or users take when interacting with services and products.
